The Canadian Agricultural Partnership (CAP) is a five-year, $3 billion investment contributed through the federal, provincial, and territorial governments across Canada. Providing a framework for agri-food industry funding, CAP is the primary mechanism used to disburse government grants and repayable funding contributions to SMEs, non-profits, and other key industry stakeholders. The program is administered by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) and provincial/territorial government departments.
