University of Guelph’s Custom Market Research/Business Plan Development (CBaSE)
Receive up to $1,200 in Grant Funding & Marketing Plans.
CBaSE is a program offered by the University of Guelph to help match local businesses with a team of senior commerce students who will dedicate a course for conducting market research, marketing/business plan development, and feasibility studies customized for the business’ needs. 2 intakes per year (Winter and Fall semesters); business must apply roughly 1 semester before the project’s start date.
Funding Amount
Access up to 100% of costs to a maximum $1,200 per application.
Eligible Applicants
A group of undergrad or masters students are eligible to apply.
Eligible Activities
Marketing plan, business plan, market research, and competitive research throughout a semester.
Deadline to Apply
Apply in September for winter applications and in January for fall applications.
