At the same time, we bolstered the Canadian job market by aiding businesses in accessing grants for hiring and training, including the Canada Job Grant (CJG), which enabled employers to upskill their workforce.  

Additionally, we facilitated business growth through expansion programs such as CanExport, which supports entry into new foreign markets, and the Business Productivity Scale-Up (BSP) Program, designed to help companies scale their operations effectively.
