This program offers businesses in Northern Ontario grants for small business in Ontario and small business loans for research and development funding and to help support the commercialization of innovative products and services that have strong commercial potential. This is one of several Ontario government grants for small business and small business loans Ontario programs available to SMEs in Northern Ontario through the NOHFC.
NOHFC Canadian Government Funding Details
NOHFC provides Ontario government funding to public and private sector initiatives for some of the eligible project costs. Public sector initiatives can receive up to $1 million dollars in funding to a maximum of 50% of project costs as either a conditional grant, repayable loan or as a forgivable loan.
