Ontario manufacturer, Pan-Oston Ltd., has been awarded up to $100,000 in Ontario small business grants to create new jobs at its facility in Peterborough. The Government of Ontario’s investment will also allow the business to generate a network of manufacturers to attract new clients to the region area by highlighting the variety of available products and services.
The Eastern Ontario Development Program covers up to 100% of project costs to a maximum $100,000 in Ontario government grants. Ontario government funding can be used to support facility expansion investments, capital equipment costs, workforce skills development, and productivity enhancements. All EODP funded projects must promote the growth of businesses within rural eastern Ontario communities.
Upon the project’s completion, Pan-Oston Ltd. will generate and sustain a total of 35 full-time jobs, create a local network of manufacturers, increase company capabilities, and attract new consumer investments.
