The Coaching to Career program is a new pilot in Toronto that matches Internationally Educated Professionals (IEPs) with businesses and mentors with experience in Ontario’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. The Coaching to Career program, funded in part by the Canadian and Ontario Governments, is considered to be the last stage of ICTC’s Programs for Preparing Internationally Trained Talent. These programs help to connect employers with job-ready ICT professionals.
