Bernadeen McLeod, Mentor Works
Bernadeen McLeod is the President and Founder of Mentor Works, a consulting firm based out of Cambridge, Ontario that serves clients throughout Canada. Bernadeen spent 18 years as an executive and general manager in the manufacturing sector, and now leads a team of consultants that help clients select and access government funding programs.
Marvin Junop, Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC)
Marvin is a member of BDC’s Subordinate Financing Group, with a portfolio of $40 million and financings of more than $160 million over the past 12 months. As Manager, Marvin has a passion for assisting Canadian businesses with their financing and equity needs.

With over 15 years of corporate finance experience as an advisor with a major Canadian bank as well as the leader of technology companies Derek has experience working within a number of industries including food, manufacturing, chemical engineering, telecom, software, and more.
