*This Presentation will be best suited for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) businesses, but others are welcome so long as they meet the following criteria:
Incorporated in Canada for at least 2 years
Financially stable
Not a retailer/distributor
Not a start-up
Company must manufacture or conduct R&D in Canada
Export Development Canada Presentation (9:30-10:30am)
Export Development Canada is Canada’s export credit agency. Their job is to help develop Canada’s export trade by supporting companies that are looking to take advantage of international business opportunities. Export Development Canada will be represented by Jeff Keats and Juzer Yusufali. Jeff has worked at EDC for over 6.5 years, and is an EDC Account Manager charged with supporting exporters in the Markham/Newmarket/Aurora/Thornhill region that have annual revenues of over $10 million. Juzer has been with EDC for 7 years and works as a Small Business Account Manager, working with Ontario exporters with annual revenues of up to $10 million.
