Brantford Workshop: Government Grants for Small Business & Business Loans

Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC) will be at Norlok Technology Inc. in Brantford, Ontario offering a special workshop for Senior Managers, HR Managers and other key decision makers from small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). EMC’s Strategic Interest Group (SIG) will be represented by Laurie Gibson, the area’s local Field Service Advisor (FSA). The two and a half hour event will focus on small business grants and loans opportunities for SMEs that perform manufacturing and/or research and development activities within Canada, with special guest and Canadian government funding expert, Bernadeen McLeod, Founder and Principal of Mentor Works. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the Norlok Technologies local facilities which recently won the 2013 Brantford Chamber of Commerce Technology Award.
