Food Safety Program Optimization Workshop Details

Gordana Halbreiner is a co-founder of Food Technology Consulting. She is a Food Science Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in food and packaging processing, along with regulatory affairs. In her role, provides consulting services on both federal and provincial HACCP Systems as well all GFSI programs (BRC/ SQF/FSSC 22000/IFS PacSecure).
She is a certified internal auditor and an approved training provider for the BRC, HACCP, and IFS PACsecure programs.
Victor Muliyil, Food Technical Program Manager – SGS Canada Inc.
Victor Muliyil is the Food Technical Program Manager, SGS North America. He is responsible for development and upgrading of SGS food safety training courses, audit procedures and audit team technical management. Victor is the primary technical contact for human and animal food safety training and audit programs, including GFSI approved schemes, HACCP certification, and ISO 22000.
Victor possesses over 30 years of experience in food safety management system development, training, implementation and auditing, laboratory management and quality assurance management.
