Owner and Principle of Mentor Works, Bernadeen McLeod, will be speaking at an upcoming Company of Women event in Kitchener, Ontario in late October. Bernadeen will cover relevant government funding mechanisms and resources for small businesses in the following areas:
There are a variety of funding opportunities for Canadian businesses to take advantage of. Bernadeen will cover the eligibility, timeline, and funding amount for each program and allow for crowd participation at the end of the speech with a Q&A session. She will also advise start-up businesses on resource available to them, as funding is often hard to find for striving entrepreneurs.
