Small Businesses COVID-19 Financial Advice and Training
The Government of Ontario is investing over $2 million through the Ontario Together Fund towards providing small businesses with free, tailored financial advice and online training to help them pivot their business model and navigate to the new landscape during COVID-19.
The Ontario Government is granting $2,040,000 to support Ontario’s 47 local Small Business Enterprise Centres (SBEC).

Hi there, I’m looking to hire an international student for a co-op placement. The student is studying at Carleton University. My business is a startup and is NOT involved in advanced manufacturing. Are there any funding options available to me?
Hi Krish – Congratulations on your new business! Mentor Works focuses solely on government funding for Canadian businesses who have been incorporated for 3+ years and have 15+ payroll employees, however we would recommend referring to the Startup Resources available to you as a startup.
